today i had a good workout at gym....was very awake after the gym...washed up at the gym...hardly got a hot bathe cause the toilet i use to bathe at home dont have a heater and also in camp there is no heater so after so long of bathing with cold water , its a really refreshing and i really feel so good when i walk out of the gym...its really so fresh and so xinfu man ! the feeling really xinfu de gan jue !
now i am feeling ache from my muscles ...its really quite a good workout since a long time....
after that walk to bedok interchange to buy soya bean after my work out...need some protein man ! if not sian ! today didnt eat much cause dont have the mood also no one to bei also during dinner...
then on my way to buy soya bean was a car and think its joanne's bf car cause i took a glare of the car... and its hard to see fors focus blue cause ford isnt so many in singapore and then i straight away sms joanne...then its really her bf car...so coincidence...
after gym i went to tampines to meet my ex colleague...Marc ...a good fren...funny guy ! nice to be with.... made a trip down from woodland and also to make his way back to woodland for dinner with his friend...... cause was chatting with him in the morning the he decided to accompany mi to go the tamp ikea see things...
before that saw weichong at tampines mall Toy'r'us...weizhong was my secondary school classmate .... he ord same day as mi man ... : )
ikea really alot of things to buy but u really have to know what u want to buy or else u will ends up there buying things that are unnecessary....
had a great time with marc... cause he really a funny and nice guy
today really wanna buy study table de but ikea stuff really quite affordable for a certain range but their things..
after that went to meet my friend,Chia.... its my friend infact he was secondary school teacher...we are like friends man ...went to meet them to see them cause very long didnt see them le... the kids are very cute....they are really very cheerful...its really different from other kid...: )
tomorrow will be a better day man cause going with ikea again with josh think we will buy got to buy things to may over our room...
** today somthing came to my mind...some time we might think that we must have everything that we wan in order to be happy ...i just got a answer from myself its just popped out ...the different is only having it or not....it doesnt really make a different if u have more things or what...
it dont really really make yourselve happier...it really doesnt really nice to be material wealth man ! a hot bathe can really make mi feeling so xinfu already ! haha...i am a simple person man ...i feel....sometimes man !
i really seen alot of people that are really rich but it doesnt mean they are happy but it only that we felt that they are happy...everyone sure have their problems in life....life is fair..... its fair for every single one .....
may be sometimes we must just feel contended in life and to know oneself well so to reduce alot of unnecessary things and also to do things that its best for us !
so why give a damn to this kind of things man ! seriously
its not what life is , but its more on how we make use of the life. **
