the yesterday say my ex-drummer,NIC ....happy to see him...cause we are in the band last time ...my singer ah hoiz write her songs and songs about life and about Buddhism...
then he was saying do i still practise Buddhism then i told him i am busy and stuff...but i definitely feels that i am not so involved compared to last time...
hes question really makes mi quite disappointed in myself...
ans i also wanna finished the album asap man ! so can share with the others...
always want to make time to practise Buddhism its really u can feel the benefits as u cultivate and practise...
i am really very inspired stay serious in practising the dharma....
more involvements in spreading Buddhism to the young people...
meditation and more and more !
one of my wishes is to be a vegetarian : ) its really cool ! stop killing !
then today went to ashley's bday party....then he drank to K.O ....then punk also ! ahhaa : ) i can feel how he feel man ...
the best part of the day is mi and marc really fell in love with irving cause he really can cook and today he cooked curry chicken and the dish is really a killer dish....
one of marc's favourite dish is curry chicken....really he really make us feel so much love and proud and really so gandong ! it really melted us ! hard to find someone that really knows how to cook ....especially for a guy !
the cake is from hilton ! hahah ! rich frens ! haha must be expensive but its not bad : )
