was really sick...on saturday...now when i get out of my bed i still can feel the giddiness...
saturday night was the worst...i really was like dying....i swear....its like i cant even breathe properly...even josh can hear my heavy breathing...
really its very very xing ku...
i felt better now...but still sick...compare to the past few days its was the worst...
really hope i will recover asap...
i really hate to be sick....really I HATE IT....PISSES MI OFF... i know i am stubborn but i really hate to be sick !! haiiiiiiii
then we to my house near by ..in fact my old house near by to see doc...
the medicine was good plus my vit C pills... recover in no time...but i think i am out from running till this few months...
really were freaking dying sick for the past week....
wasted for the past few runs thought can kick off my training but the past two days weather is like so shitty man ! so shinny plus windy !! MAD !
