- former neighbour at east coast park just now.
i saw him from far so i wave to him ! then he then recognise mi ... today ran about 35mins today ,love the afternoon sun it makes u sweat and tanned ! haha
but today after the ran i am feeling ok ! but not very tired...
today i have no plans but wish to go out for a drink... chill out at evening time man !
yesterday accompany JIA to eat lunch !
after that went to wai wai house to go see her car....
dont wanna say elaborate too much also at here !
after that went back to get my spectacles then after that met two of my sergents and one of his gf at pool junction to play pool then wayne and the gf went off earlier so mi and kevin went to the another side to see Ktv....had 1 1/2 pint of beer.... and only sing a few songs !
after that took cab home....
after that went home then to bathe then to sleep...
i love the feeling of the tipsy-ness and the feeling will be amplifered after showers. haha !
then after this morning's run !
i love the fresh feeling after exercise after showering .
i was listening to some chinese songs while blogging..... today during the run no metal music...tried pop songs... ! its not bad cause i use the beat from the music to pace myside for running so today is pop songs so i ran slower !
today is the love songs day !
