i feels that its a brillant art tattoo-ing is..cause its a history hows tattoo come about and how people came about tattoo-ing, its a history and its really a form of tattoo if u have a good quality tattoo... its same as a good piece of good painting...its a beauty to put drawing on ur skin ! its a form of expressing the person's view and thoughts ! its so perfect !
