recently read this book and the writer was saying.....
coaching a basketball team its not about teaching basketball and winning the matches...
coaching a baskeball team its not about the basket its about the players....
its really apply in life and alot at work....its not about being mean or unreasonable to others so to meet ur boss's goal....i feels that there are so many love and caring needed....
so sometimes....
just sit back to think what its important to u in life...for mi i feels that is not about the results.... dont just hate someone/somethings cause just because u dont get the end results.....
example....
asking friends for helps means u make get it......
people doing what u expect them to be....
there are 10001 reasons behind how things dont work...
