today got done something , just tied down things , something in a organisation its important to know whos doing what and whats going on , its important to having understanding between different departures so a organisation well....and we cant compare organisation to orginsation its really no point.

then after then sms chranda send mi then got chat with him for a while...hes a nice and simple guy tho we dont really meet up but i really treasure him as a friend...still can remember in BMT mi and josh always bully him de...but we also care for him alot man : )Hes a RP now...he was saying cant wait for ORD man : ) i am not looking forward either cause the need of this life will be a begining of a new life....hope everything smooth smooth man ....

today have a Vday dinner with my duty sergent ! our Vday dinner is 'tapao' from cook house and its fried rice , chicken and fried egg ! its not bad ! was saying we can always off the light and light up candles to accompany ourselve! ha !

after yesterday's run really felt aching everywhere man ! my butt and my ankle...hee think i didnt do warm up better man : ) its 5km and add up to the difficulties is after then long stretch of holidays form CNY its really make mi feels so lazy ! and its really feels fat also !
