if u have a bad habit , dont make it get over u ...if u feels that its controllable and its controlling u please change it for ur own good !
dont let it affect ur life and ur mood i dont think its not worth it...
example(selfish-ness,temper and what u are in everyday life)
its not good like asking "im like that..." i feels that u felt that its not good you and not a good habit just change it man ! : )
